Registration fee categories

Please note that the registration fee does not include the accommodation costs. Registration fee covers the following services:

    • Attendance to all lectures and hands-ons (categories 1 to 4)
    • Conference materials (categories 1 to 4)
    • Coffee breaks (all categories)
    • Welcome party (all categories)
    • Upgrade to farewell dinner (all categories)
    • Special accommodation prices negotiated only for HTCC participants (all categories)

Payment methods

Accepted applicants can pay their registration fee either by secured credit card payment, or by bank transfer. If you are using bank transfer to process your payment, make sure to include ALL BANK TRANSFER FEES into your payment, and use the following data:

IMPORTANT: The registration fee will not be considered paid unless all bank transfer fees are fully covered by you.

Please indicate clearly the event, your last name, and your registration’s reference code, as for following example: HTCC4, Smith (134). You will also be provided with detailed information about payment procedure in an e-mail message upon the registration. The receipt for your payment will be provided at the registration desk upon arrival.

Terms and conditions

Attendance will not be confirmed until the registration fee is fully paid. For the participants of the HTCC4, we have allocated limited number of rooms in the partner hotel. Hotel booking office will contact you upon your registration fee has been fully paid.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations should be requested in written form; please send an e-mail to huk@irb.hr until July 15th 2019 (23:59 Zagreb time): 75% of the payment will be refunded. From July 16th 2019 (00:00 Zagreb time) no refunds will be possible under any circumstances. If the organizer cancel any of the services, regardless of the date, the entire amount paid for that service will be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the HTCC4.


Croatian Crystallographic Association (CAC) will ensure the privacy of personal data provided by guests, in a manner that it will collate only the necessary, essential customer/user data needed to fulfill obligations. CAC will inform customers of the manner in which their data will be used, with the choice of use of their information, including the ability to decide whether or not they wish their name to be removed from lists used in marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly protected and available only to employees who need that data for their work. All members of CAC and their business partners are responsible for enforcing these rules of privacy protection.
